Pannova Industrial Park – Priority Development Area

It is located in the immediate vicinity of a 400-600 hectare high-priority strategic development site, designated by the government as being of national economic importance, which has a direct road link to the industrial park.

It is located next to Pécs, in Kővágószőlős, on a 60-hectare flat site equipped with full utility services and its own industrial railway track. A modern 940 m² office building is also available on-site for use by lessees.

The current building regulations of the development area can be divided into two separate zones:

General Economic Zone (Gá) – 55.4 hectares

  • Maximum allowed built-up area ratio: 70%
  • Minimum green area: 25%
  • Maximum building height: 25 m

Institutional Zone (Vi-B-2) – 4.6 hectares

  • Maximum allowed built-up area ratio: 60%
  • Minimum green area: 25%
  • Maximum building height: 15 m

The total buildable area reaches approximately 350,000 m². Pannova Industrial Park benefits from an excellent location, within accessible distance to the M60 motorway and connected to the railway infrastructure.
